It's a bunch of new age wu. I did find one actual study on frequency between theta and alpha states. None of this relates to positive or negative thoughts and can you demonstrate evidence that a frequency is different between states?

Also can you cite sources as to how these incredibly low energy neurons are putting energy beyond the skull? They would be far weaker than any light in the room and energy does not code values like good/bad.

Brain waves are a few millionths of a volt, they do not effect things outside neurons.
The frequency band "Beta" corresponds to Anxiety dominant, active, external attention, relaxed and very relaxed is alpha. These states don't have emotional content in them. Thos ideas are from new age media and not backed by any evidence.

Usually it's some author trying to sell media who has become an expert in all the lore.
I hear oncologists often say they get patients with cancer who are into all the new age stuff and are going to use LOA or whatever to heal and it never works. They progress like everyone else. If they skip treatment they usually pass quicker.
You should test some of these theories and see what skeptics have to say as well, to get all sides.

What a crazy but interesting time we are experiencing. Many are feeling the emotion of hopelessness because of the current global situation taking place. This is because the negative, low vibrational energies are being amplified meaning this old structure is going out kicking and screaming. What we are seeing is an energy response to the false fear information being promoted by the mainstream media and by those who remain in ignorance.

Many old and no longer relevant programs are breaking down to make way for a higher form but much of humanity see this as regressing so in turn acting out from their level of consciousness which usually comes from the mindset of separation and fear.
