As a matter of fact we are in DST right now, so for example, at this moment my clock says '7:42 PM' ( without DST it would be 6:42 PM ), but that is because when DST started back on october on last year we added an hour to our clocks. In february, we are going to revert to normal, which means subtracting 1 hour from our altered clocks.

It is important to keep in mind that DST is merely an artificial method to change the time zone. Honestly, i wish the government would just get rid of it.

Hmm water yes, less sugar perhaps not, I hardly any have sugary food as part of my diet. I actually LOLd regarding the lower abdomen through shock, I have just been given new tablets to help me deal with my monthly symptoms which are rather abnormal.
