Same boundaries as most Abrahamic religions, really. So whatever they want as long as it's religiously acceptable.

One thing that I’ve seen Jewish people do is touch something that resembles a cartouche by their front door as they go inside,I’ve forgotten the name of it but do you have one?.

No. That's called a mezuzah, and non-Jews aren't meant to have them.

what does it mean?.
It's a way of fulfilling the commandment in the Torah from the longer Shma:

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

Deuteronomy 6.

The mezuzah contains verses from Deut 6.

Thanks for the explanation.

From Considering becoming Noahide | Religious Forums

I've been tagged and I thought I may as well just answer anyone's questions in a dedicated thread.

Please forgive me if this question is offensive or something. You dont have to answer it if so.

I am not well versed in your theology. But as far as I remember, there was a time when the term Noahide or bene noakh was referred to Jews in the faith but I have heard now it is referring gentiles who abide by Noahs laws. Thus, are you a gentile or Jewish? Or have I got this whole thing wrong?

Please advice.

You're very confused.

A Noahide is by definition not a Jew. The Noachide Code is the Covenant God has with non-Jews. The Torah is the Covenant he has with Jews/Israelites.
