I know. I guess being completely sceptic was no option for some people even with Einstein.I don't see a single atheist in it
Yeah. I know Einstein was a pantheist. According to my knowledge of him.Carl Sagan was an atheist and Dawkins, but I know Mark Twain was not an atheist. Ben Franklin was a deist, I think. Charles Darwin was an agnostic.
I don't think that really matters, although there are some people of my faith who think those who don't believe in "their" God is an atheist. That really depends on what they thought god was.

I didn't think of that. Of course, you're right.I know of one person who says god but thinks of god as being nature/earth.
I looked them up, and yes Darwin was very strong on his agnostic view and considered atheism to be too aggressive. From what I could find though, it seems like Sagan was also agnostic and not atheist.Carl Sagan was an atheist and Dawkins, but I know Mark Twain was not an atheist. I guess its a smack on the face to people with absolute crusading spirit of atheism. Not saying people who are atheists do this. But childhood and upraising and finding out what you wanna do is mostly important.I don't think that really matters, although there are some people of my faith who think those who don't believe in "their" God is an atheist.
Hmm... So are any of those pictured actually atheists, then?I looked them up, and yes Darwin was very strong on his agnostic view and considered atheism to be too aggressive. From what I could find though, it seems like Sagan was also agnostic and not atheist.
To be ignorant is a fine state:I remember the first time i was called "ignorant" and i thought of it as an insult since i didn't know when i asked a question.
Also, we're all ignorant of something; in fact, we're ignorant of more things than we are not ignorant of.To be ignorant is a fine state:
- It can be cured, if one wants.
- It is unassailable (in it is without error).
- It beats the Hell out of pretending to know something.
- It's non-threatening.
Well the thing is saying it straight out when one doesn't have knowledge is in a way to insult. Or to act like this really big snob. Not trying to insult people who are smart, but it lies in the attitude. To try to convey that. This is what is correct instead of going all up in the face. Thats what bothered me the first time.To be ignorant is a fine state:
- It can be cured, if one wants.

Only Dawkins labels himself as one. Darwin, Sagan, and Einstein all disliked being associated with or thought of as atheists, from what I can gather. But it's also important to realized that they were not Theists either.Hmm... So are any of those pictured actually atheists, then?
