Atheism is ILLEGAL?

Oh no, yet ANOTHER of Matheist's totally ignorant and nearly incomprehensible posts designed to appeal to the least intelligent among us. And sadly he will childishly ignore any and all attempts to point out his ignorance and lack of basic comprehension.

Irrelevant as the DoI isn't part of law.

How can you say it is not part of the Law when you don't even know the Public Policy (Founding Principles) for the LAW?

This kid definitely has a burrito up his butt over atheism.

That was supposed to be "burr" as per the idiom, but the autocorrect made me lol so I left it.

IF this is not a Creed

atheism /ˈeɪθɪɪz(ə)m/
noun
disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of Nature's God.

THEN why Atheism?

Abolish Atheism.

It was a joke. Look it up.....

You can't abolish free thought. You sound like a tyrant without the power of one.

Something that you can NEVER UNDERSTAND.... "Validity & Lawfulness".

On what basis do you judge? (Quran 68:36)

I honestly have no idea why any of you are giving this any discussion, the premise of the topic doesn't even deserve this attention. And I'm not even an atheist I'm just annoyed with ridiculous arguments.
Pretty much because of not assuming someone could be as unresponsive to arguments as the OP seems to be...

Oh, and because of being bored.

Could it be said that Atheism is unconstitutional and illegal?
Not in Ameristan.
The Constitution is the law of the land,
not the Declaration of Independence.
And it comports well with atheism.
Just look at which amendment was 1st.

Cheap entertainment. Honestly I make a joke about a video game and the guy doesn't get it. That is hilarious.

As it was a declaration of independence from Britain thus has historical and cultural value.

That is not the case for all countries.

What does it mean to be British?

That is the public policy for the interpretation of the Constitution and statutory laws etc.

The founding principles of India, ie. what does it mean to be Indian?

All these are the Public Policy.
