Perhaps, though I prefer the "yes, I can actually walk and chew gum at the same time" approach to these things. I'd see single-use disposable plastic bottles banned entirely if it were up to me, but... neither here nor there.
Definitely. Glass bottles all the way. There's a vegan place here that does glass bottles of water. Will be there more often.

It's just getting here with these.flip top water.bottles.
I use screw-on-capped glass wine bottles and take the time to empty a product from cans or plastic containers into the used wine bottle. I prefer drinking from a glass bottle and I don't have to finish the beverage. It stores well and maintains its taste.....It does add some work.

When it comes to milk cartons though, I'm not sure the previous method was better here. Under the lids, they used to have these thick plastic seals with a ring designed for the purpose to pull them off... But pretty often these rings would tear as I try to pull them off, forcing me to resort to a pointy knife with a serrated edge so I can stab and saw them open and still felt I was grateful that I won't have to use a circular saw or a gas burner...

I use old vodka bottles as water bottles.
I wonder what people are thinking when they see a vodka bottle next to my bed, or when I casually take a sip from one when I'm having visitors while I haven't explained anything yet.

That reminded me of a friend who always took a vodka bottle with him wherever he went. The difference is his vodka bottle contained vodka.
That's just wrong on so many levels. That's ripe for being twisted or snipped off.
It's more greenwashing. I can't stand it.
