I only nominated a person for an award once, at least a year ago. The person won the award, too. Maybe I can do it again. There are plenty more deserving people.

She knows her stuff & puts much work into posts.

The Tolerance Award: Darkness
Who else can disagree about a contentious topic with such good cheer & thoughtful appreciation for opposing views?

Notes:
I don't know people well enuf to nominate for all categories.
There are too many wonderful posters who don't fit into these few categories.
To be fair, there should also be some for insufferable jerks.....hint, hint.

No idea. I suggest sending your list to those two main ones. If anyone knows about the appropriate committee, they do.

I already PM'd the Mystic. She told me that she is no longer a member of the committee after she retired here (as a staff). She told me that I should PM the most active MODs about that

And perhaps, this thread might caught the committee's attention for nominations (I guess).

Ambassador award- Zenzero. I genuinely believe that he is a "man of substance". He is consistent of what he is discussing in terms of his beliefs in 'Religion'. Everything that he says makes a lot of sense.

Above and Beyond Award:All the MODs deserve this. They can now give themselves this award

Humor Award: Angellous (uhm, sorry if I got the spelling incorrect) and his 'proofs' of God (Slurpee, farts, etc)

Courtesy Award: Sajdah. For respecting others' faith.

Kindness Award: Kathryn. No question. She's nice even to those who show beliefs that are different to her own. Also deserves the Tolerance award.

Scholar Award: Midnight Pete. He pretty much know what he is discussing in a particular thread. And I think, he also deserves the Ambassador Award. He could actually 'represent' the whole Christianity.

Great Suggestion Award: I can't think of any person at this moment.
Research Award: I can't think of any person at this moment.

Creative Threads Award: Cardero (not sure if he already have this award). His "RFilliates the Collected thread" shows enough creativity.

The Tolerance Award: Aside from Kathryn, I think .lava deserves this. I've never seen any posts from her which says something like: "No, your wrong" etc,etc. She has other ways to tell you that. Also Christine. Same reason.

The Great Suggestion Award. I think the RF staff decides for this.
