Sorry but I have to suggest this, even though it is Norse:
Freyja or Freya...she is she is the Norse Goddess of Love, Beauty, and Fertility...and it is a great name...imo.

Veronica is a nice name that's English and Spanish. I've always loved the names Valencia and Esperanza, but that's probably too Spanish and not enough English.

Why not name her Sonia, since you seem to be already attached to that name? And it is a lovely name.

I've long been fond of the name Pilar; I think because I knew a girl by that name who was so sweet, warm and genuine. But that name may be too Spanish and not English enough? I also like Esperanza. Given your clear dedication to God, what about Elisa or Isabel?
