Where did the bacteria came from then ?
that is my question
If you are talking about abiogenisis then we aren't totally sure. But we have an idea of how it could have happened. And that is the important part. We have shown it is possible. Not that it absolutely did happen that way but it was possible and thus shows that it is probable.

Bacteria (unicellular plants) and the unicellular animals that humans are ultimately descended from are thought to share a common ancestor way, way back. The plant line went into partnership with what became chloroplasts and the animal line went into partnership with what became the mitochondria.
