And I'm surprised that nobody's mentioned the magic that is the soundtrack to Final Fantasy VI:


Or pretty much any pre-XII music from the Final Fantasy series.

A soundtrack that I'm very surprised that I'm loving is that of Persona 4. I don't know what it is, since it's generally a mish-mash of what I can only describe as "urban pop sub-genres", which I normally expect to hate. But, there's just something so full of heart in these pieces, and it fits so bloody well with the themes and imagery of the game, that I can't help but love it.

I find the main theme of Shadow of the Colossus almost surreal. The game itself is one of the most beautiful games ever made, but the soundtrack really stands out for me.

Awesome song! I used to love The Legend of Zelda back in the days.The gold one with one of the first memory chips built in before there were memory cards.
