Dark Valkyrie...what's not to love?
Part 1

Part 2

You are not going to like the US military after this and if you do it says a lot about you. Fact is rape in the US military is tolerated so much it might as well be legal.

I haven't had time to watch this yet but your point about the US military and rape is definitely true. It's a huge problem. Men have been affected by it as well (there have been some male victims who have bravely spoken up). And the military doesn't really do much about it which is sad and awful for the victims who love the military and their country and just want to serve. I'm glad you pointed this issue out because it's still on going the last time I saw anyways.

There's definitely still so many issues that need to be addressed. Both elections are bringing those out (Bernie is with economics and Trump is showing the nasty racism that's still around).

The sad thing is, even many in Washington know of the problem and nothing is being done. And us civilians are all supposed to call the troops heroes, even though chances are very good they did nothing heroic, and chances are better they did very terrible things while serving.

Speaking at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on military sexual crimes, Sen. John McCain said he “could not” recommend that anyone’s daughter join the military given the continued reports of sexual misconduct. The Pentagon estimates as many as 26,000 service members were sexually assaulted or abused in 2012. Only 3,600 actually reported the attacks. NBC’s Jim Miklaszewski reports.

I hate the US military. They rape and fight for Oppression. And they will kill US civilians if we dare stand up. Some of those pro-troops people are in for a wake up call one day.

I can't say I hate the military. I know there are some really nasty people who would be better suited for being committed to a psychiatric ward, some of them are violent hooligans, but many do it to serve their country, and many in my high school graduating class signed up because the military was their ticket out of here, and set them up for far better things than this place offer. However, what I do hate are politicians who abuse the military, send them to kill and die in wars we do not belong in, fighting for economic benefits, fighting to establish puppet regimes, and especially the voters who keep sending warmongering politicians to Washington. I hate our "troop worship" mentality, as it is used to make anyone who criticizes the military seem "unpatriotic," "anti-America," or some other derogatory term. I hate our inconsistency in spitting on Vietnam veterans who were forced to go, but deifying those who would later volunteer to go. And I despise the troops who have the mentality that we owe them the world because the volunteered for the army. Yes, the government should treat them like royalty during and after service, but let's be honest and realistic, the people running the local power plant also play a very significant and extremely important role in society. We really need to start putting things in perspective.
