I think of so many who lecture us about how we should
reduce our carbon footprint. Obama springs to mind
foremost. A week in HI for his family of 4 meant burning
100,000 gallons of jet fuel (by my calculations for his 747s).
Climate celebrities so often eschew commercial air travel
for private jets too.

Trump, I don't recall that he lectured the American public much. He lectured the news media and other countries. I suppose this is not the woke thing to do.

I am quite sure there were several other important politicians with him, as would be common on a tour of the city. And they all have to have their own protection. But you figure you're smarter than they are at assessing the threat, and at determining at what point Biden's life is no longer cost-effective. I get it.

Currently we do audits all around the world remotely.
Mostly because of Covid, but certainly has reduced the need for travel.

Maybe you are not familiar with Teams but it is very interactive and keeps getting better.
That's just what I'd do and explain why and hope more people get on board with the idea.

Is that the people/mechanism that Billie Eilish is using to help her green her touring as much as possible? I do know about them. And found it interesting that what they really focus on are the trade-offs, not the absolute ideals.
