Well, I'm sorry you dont like accuracy and predictability, which is what numbers provide.
nay.....it's just that a new set of numbers appear everytime someone approaches a chalkboard

I can still see Kaku narrating for his own documentary
he stood to the board expressing an equation that results in.......
infinity +infinity+infinity...........infinitely

then he strikes a thoughtful pose for the camera and narrates.......
Theoretical physicists have a problem with infinity

numbers have fail 'points'

For a start you can try to calculate why the stars in galaxies all have the same orbital velocity around the galactic center, known as "the anomalous galactic rotation curve".
It's due to dark matter.

Nonsense continues.

The only mathematical question that I have is:
what is the Cosmos expanding into ?
Or...must we accept that there is a `void or nothingness` out there ?
Or...must the `singularity` not have existed ?
Confused again am I !
Expansion does not require a space into which it expands. It's just a happenstance that every object in the universe is in space, and hence, necessary expands or contracts in that space.Space itself need not be embedded in anything, and hence does not require to expand onto anything.

so...the expansion isn't expanding

duh.....when anything gets bigger......
it has a central point
Not true. That's the point. You are thinking if things expanding in space, not space itself expanding.

hey Poly,
Number one...I don't believe in a universe, as one single `verse`,
there's a lot of verses out there. I believe in the entire Cosmos, with a capitol C.
And I can ask one of my questions again:
"what is the Cosmos expanding into ?", into what ?
You said: "...into the future.", does `nothingness` exsist in this "future" ?
`Nothingness` meaning a `void` of some sort; meaning `total emptiness`, doesn't it?
And to this `central core` mentioned by some...what's that...the original `singularity` ?
That original core must be the `singularity` surrounded by a `void`, doesn't it ?
A `void` devided by zero results in zero, doesn't it ?
And a singularity with zero gravity is one, a minute pinpoint of .....nothingness !
Welllllll....I still don't get it...is it `is` or `not`, `up` or `down`, future is `nothing`, or `not`,
math sucks here !
We're not expanding or not, uni is one, the verse is singular, The Cosmos is all universes.
And a circle does not ever end, it becomes a spiral inside of another spiral, inside of another.
Yahhh...it becomes rather confusing to me also.

Well, the 'cosmos'would be all of peacetime. The spatial part is a cross section of that. Moving forward in time, the spatial distances increase.

The easiest analogy is to think of latitude lines as 'Space' and different latitude lines as 'Space at different time's. As you move north from the south pole (A singularity), space expands.

There us nothing other than what is in spacetime. Space doesn't expand 'into anything. Not a void (Which would be more space). It just expands.

You are still thinking of the universe as inside something larger. That is a mistake.

Hey, B.S. is still B.S. as I see it.
No answers here I guess, just funky math !

It's common sense that is BS in science. In science common sense does not work, since reality at a fundamental level violates all our usual assumptions. Only math is the sure guide that leads to results that can successfully predict phenomena. There is no way one can understand science without grasping the math, at least in physics and chemistry.. also increasingly in biology.
