Blame Secret Chief (Overflow Thread)

I have been building a list of events stretching back 65 million years that I am almost certain that @Secret Chief is responsible for. Should I just do the highlights in the main thread and then list the 56,111 events individually here?

If what I suspect is true, then @Secret Chief has been lurking around this planet at least since the Silurian period. Plate tectonics. I mean come on. It has his name written all over it. But for brevity, I am only willing to go back to the extinction of the dinosaurs and much of other life on this planet.
