I follow Western movies , most of time when they talk about date, so it's about meeting, end with sex activities :D

LOL

If you think its about sex, I wonder what premature teenage kids think when they go out on dates.

Well, I think its good point to bring sex up because nothing should be taboo. Best to discuss everything than risk the chance that something was missed and make the mistake of a lifetime.

If my teenager was going out on her first date, I would say its about time to discuss the birds and the bees with some hand gestures and whistle noises as examples.

Greetings to you,
As you already know from my previous threads, I'm a 14 year old Buddhist girl. I fell in love with him at age 11 in grade 6. He is now 17 years old. I am allowed to date him according to my mother. The problem is we are different faith followers. If I can't date him, should I be partly member of his faith. I currently am Buddhist with some Shinto beliefs. I gathered my Shinto beliefs at age 12 and my Buddhist ones this year. How can we date?
I won't trust any decision made by a 14 years old.

It breaks my heart the controlling elements that many face around the world. Love is more faith than any control. My faith is that this works blissfully for you both.

If the girl is legally married or what a man holds in his right hand, then there should be no problem about sex.

So sex with children is okay if they're "married", because some cultural ritual magically negates the physical and psychological impact of sexual abuse?

I was mentioning the rules according to Al-Quran. At least Ummul Momineen Ayesha (pbuh), did not seem to have been harmed in any way.

Simple. Tell him to change his faith. Or to accept thay you have different faiths, if you agree with that.

Ciao

I think she's showing maturity for her age. Applause.

How is it simple? It's like a Christian telling you to quit being an bleepin' atheist. Or accept being that you have different faiths and one of you will be in hell and the other in heaven forever in the second life because of your faith. Ok, I admit I'm dramatizing the latter, but I knew Roger Ebert and his wife and he died an agnostic. Does she do conjugal visits? Ha ha. Young people probably can get away with it as the relationship may not last, but complications can arise.

I don't think either faith is particularly dedicated to intolerance in any major degree - Buddhism's pretty open, and Druzeism isn't a big proselytiser.

the word "Islam" means "submission" to God

Godobeyer, American movies are a pretty bad way to get information of what American life is like day to day.
This is why I am affraid, she understand it like I do :D
Let's know first what poster of this thread meant by "date" :) , I hope she will be honest in that, not shy to tell.

So look, even if the word 'date' can be used to include sex, the word means having a relationship, more or less. Whether that relationship is sexual is subsequent.

Let's be patient and wait how she got that :)
