Traditionally Wicca looks to a God and Goddess at minimum, but I do see a loophole where monotheism could work. If you believed in one Deity that had both male and female properties, and you looked to the male and female properties of that Deity differently then I would say it is possible. That is my opinion though. I am interested to hear what others have to say.

It's certainly possible to be a henotheist, which is basically what eo described.

Dianic wiccans worship only the Goddess, I think they use different names etc but there is only one deity.

Completely. From what I've seen, many wiccans believe that the God and the Goddess are the male and female aspects of the Divine, and are only used to explain the cycles of nature.

So if everyone said no, does that mean you wouldn't explore it? Shouldn't your choice of what you believe be just that, your choice?
I have friends who are Christian-Wiccans, Jew-Witches, Islamic Pagans, and many other combinations. I consider myself to an Eclectic Spiritualist which blends a lot of different belief systems and practices.

A person I use to have religious discussions with said they were wiccan and viewed the Divine in an almost trinity format. Where there was the Creator who was of neither sex/beyond sex and said the first entities that were created were a division of the Creators self and were opposites that complimented each other. One male (Lord) and one female (Lady) in a yin-yang sort of fashion. So as others have said I would say it is possible.
