The victim card! It had to be played, I suppose...I've only made a couple percent of the posts on RF.
In a way...I'm a minority....an oppressed minority!
The older we get, the easier it is to predict the future, imo.Ever see a thread come up with new posts, & you just
know who will be posting, & exactly what will be said?
Ever want to respond, but you just know it will go wrong?
Sometimes the topic is interesting, but discussions are
repetitive, tedious, & uncomfortably personal. I'm not
one to look away...I rubber neck when there are traffic
accidents. But lately I find myself looking away.

But, in my experience, even when I could accurately predict it, often the problem was that I didn’t believe it.
And never cared what anybody thought of me. I couldn't predict the future, but I knew if I was true to myself, I would be okay. Growing up as I did, "I" was all I really had. I don't expect anybody to grok that. You're a triple whammy minority.
I've been predicting elections (Canadian mostly, American occasionally), and I've been surprisingly accurate.Another problem is having (or rather not) the presence

In the next three years, something will break down in the stuff you own and you will need an emergency financial fund.
Then you have validated my prediction... I know the future...What if I already have an emergency financial
fund to handle all possible events?
(I've long been a believer in having one.)
Edit...
I guess your prediction has already come to pass.

I predict the next person to post a GIF of a redneck winning a Darwin award will be @Stevicus - though in this case, I have no complaints, there.
