There are different traditions that worship the Sri Yantra. I was trained to worship a different Yantra. It is just a much more simple and easy to do a complete worship. I don't think that is your question. A complete worship. In this type of worship each line and space has a meaning and a worship. It might take years to learn to do this in an efficient way. Even in my simpler Yantra it took me 8 years of practice before I was initiated into the worship of that Yantra. Of coarse I am a very slow learner so don't take my rate of learning at any type of standard.
For a simple use of the Yantra I would say just an offering of a flower with the proper mantra.
The Kadi Mantra is
Ka E I La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim.
This is how you say it. I don't know who the woman is but you can hear the mantra.

Lalitha mantra w/Psalm Isadora - YouTube
So you would say
eta gandhapuspe Ka E I La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim
The meanings are as follows:
eta gandhapuspe
With this sent scented flower we bow to
Ka E I La Hrim Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hrim Sa Ka La Hrim
This mantra means from my tradition.
The beautiful Lalita Trishati Stotram gives detailed explanations about Sri Vidya, the Sri Chakra Yantra, and the 300 Names of the Divine Mother. The Goddess Lalita is Sri Vidya and Sri Vidya is the knowledge of the Highest Respect, expressed by the fifteen lettered Panchadashakshari mantra known as Kadi.
Sri Vidya Lalita has three forms:
• Kadi, the Divine Mother manifesting as the Primary Cause
• Hadi, Lord Shiva, Infinite Consciousness
• Shodasi, the 16 lettered Kahadi, who is Shiva and Shakti in undifferentiated communion, manifesting this all as the Oneness of Nature perceived by Consciousness.
The Sri Chakra Yantra is the yantra of the Goddess of True Wealth. Sri Chakra Yantra is therefore the fusion of Kadi, Divine Mother, and Hadi, Lord Shiva. As Kadi, the Sri Chakra Yantra has the five triangles of the Divine Mother in union with the four triangles of Lord Shiva. As Hadi, the Sri Chakra Yantra has the five triangles of Infinite Consciousness manifesting with the four triangles of Shakti. As Kahadi, the Sri Chakra Yantra is the four triangles of Shiva and the four triangles of Shakti, plus the One of Kamakala, the unity of all aspects.
Lalita Devi’s names are attributes, which seekers can strive to emulate. Even more true is that every name in existence is Hers. An aspirant who worships Lalita Devi with Her 300 Names will attain many divine qualities.
