Certain of Trump’s far right supporters spark a wave of misogynistic abuse

'Donald Trump's election victory has unleashed an online assault on women by some of his male supremacist supporters, who have been publishing threats of violence to their millions of followers.

In one of the most viral posts, Nicholas Fuentes tells women: "Your body, my choice. Forever."

Another promises: "They'll be bred willingly or unwillingly."

Another says: "Women threatening sex strikes like LMAO as if you have a say."

Looks like whether they support such abuse themselves or not, this is what Trump voters have unwittingly enabled in my view.

Excuse me, Daniel.

Does this have to do with the famous "locker-room talk" Trump was involved in, twenty years ago or something?

Just asking. :)

While Trump supporters aren't very bright, I don't think that most of them have the excuse to have unwittingly enabled it.

Have you ever heard of such political arguments in Europe?
I haven't, honestly.

Also because my country has really become Schwulenland, especially Milan, with all those fashion designers...very chic.

So they would be reassured that there's still some man left who can appreciate the female body.

There is nothing sexy about "Your body, my choice" nor with "Breed them ... unwillingly"

Rape and rape talk are not cool.

Maybe it's time more women arm themselves. Kentucky is a "shall issue" and "stand your ground" state. Some of this conservative stuff could become useful.
If only some of the women Trump raped had
used armed resistance in self defense, eh.

Honestly...I could also be mistaken, but from the outside, it looks nothing but an non-serious "genders war". That is a war between the two genders.

Take a look at this:

I mean...seriously?

There's nothing serious about that. They are just making fun of each other.

We did not just empower a political regime; we endorsed an ethos. No one should be surprised if the MAGA victory should prove validating and enabling.
Yup. This is a major part of the reason why I find this whole situation so horrifying. Almost any other candidate would have been preferable - literally any other candidate who wasn't a sexual abuser and blatant misogynist (among other things). Especially in an era where women's rights have already been compromised. That's not a lot to ask. And if politics were even remotely normal right now, there are multiple dozens of things that would have utterly torpedoed dumpster fire's political career. That it didn't says some extremely unsettling things about the lack of value so many Americans place on half of their own people.

You can always find crazy talk from the far right and the far left.

You can ignore the crazy talk. In fact, I think the exaggerations and oversensitivity from the left is why the democrats lost the middle ground this time.

Here's an article from the Texas Tribune from a year ago for reference regarding him:
