Can it be that @FearGod expects us to conclude that it is the German women's fault for failing to be modest enough to discourage the harassment and rape?

That seems a rather mischievous inference.
I'll wait for his clarification.
Remember that English is a foreign language for him.

No, never.
Women should be free for what they want to wear and men should behave as gentlemen,
but i am wondering what the other men were doing while seeing and hearing women shouting
and asking for help.

How that all of them ran away?

I am waiting for his clarification much as anyone else, and expressing my doubts.
But to express doubts in such a way as to make him look like some monster is just wrong.
FearGod & I have many differences, but he seems a decent guy.
So I give him the benefit of doubt, instead of the detriment of doubt.

Then I should assume you will make a point of refrain from calling other people's questions mischievous without justification in the future, correct?

That is certainly welcome news.

This is a fair request.
I'll continue working on my civility.
And I presume you'll be more charitable to FearGod.

Most men like women. That is no excuse to behave in an abysmal manner. It is certainly no justification for rape.

Did i say that men should rape women?
As men are alike then why the refugees did the assault?

I know that such assaults happen in every country, such in the metro and
in other places that can be crowded by people but it's a limited cases, but
what happened in Germany isn't such a limited cases since hundreds complained
which really makes me to think of a dirty job behind it against the refugees as many
Europeans welcomed them while some others do hate them.

I am honestly having a very hard time understanding what you mean to say.

I would rather not attempt to guess. I am not even certain that it was refugees at all.

Sorry, but I remain unsure of what you mean.

By "As men are alike" do you mean to say that all men are equally likely to commit mistakes such as sexual assault?

I think we should acknowledge that cultural history does affect such a likelihood.
