Namaste

This is a realization by the grace of Shri KRshNa, and on some pondering tied back to simple basics
1. namah: is really idam na mama. This is NOT mine. Giving up doership and ownership.
Every action has a doership, every vastU (thing) has an ownership in this world.
The concept of vaidic yajn~a is sacrifice, not of sesame, rice, curd and ghee, but of the ego - my ___ , ___ is mine , I did ___.
The trick of the Rshis -- [can't stop being amazed at how wise they were -- again their intelligence and wisdom came from the Single Adi Eternal Source of Everything, Bramhan] -- is torelinquish all ownership, doership, rights to the real Owner , Doer, the Source of Everything - Bramhan.

2. Chatuh:shloki BhAgvat
The 4 verses that NArAyaN spoke to BramhA as the most beautifully condensed summary (sAra) of the entire 12 Cantos of BhAgvat MahApurAN , rather, of the Secret of the Absolute Truth and all that remains to be known.

Very cleverly, NArAyaNa explained to BramhA how Bramhan is both immanent in and transcendent to the manifest universe. Through the two keywords anvaya and vyatireka He protected BramhA from the danger of developing ego and egotism that "I, PrajApati BramhA, created this Universe"

anvaya indirectly: this is all Bramhan (pot)
vyatireka directly: this is all Bramhan (clay)

NArAyaNa showed BramhA that the way to instant peace is to realize that "nothing is mine, not creativity, not intelligence, nothing. It is all given to me by the Supreme Bramhan, i.e. NArAyaNa, ."

From 1 and 2 we have
(i) relinquished doership and ownership
(ii) hence attained instant peace
(iii) because we have transcended ego
(iv) In the process we have shown our gratitude to
(v) and found the real Source, Giver of Everything, our search has ended
(vi) As we bow in gratitude, awe and love for this Infinitely graceful fountain of Nectar, we realize
(vii) that we are an inseparable part of this fountain, not because Upanishads or any other shAstra says so, but because the Truth is STARK in front of us! We are eating the mango! Right now! We are eating and tasting and relishing the pudding, now. What proof and what debate remains?

How do we even care for flavours? When it is all cascasing into our hearts!
Oh! Do I sound and feel like a Rshi? How does it matter? These are not any "illusory-me" 's words.
The One who is feeling or sounding like a Vedic ruchi-hymn or its composer is that fountain of nectar, the Source of All Potential, Bramhan! Not I, you, he , she, it or they, and yet it is all of us!

He Govinda Mukunda MAdhavA !
Oh My Goodness MadhusUdanA !
Keshav Jaggu (JagannAth), Baby Sacchu (SacchidAnandA) ,
Guluvayulappan (GuruvAyurappan)
Oh the adorable DAmodarA !
Kamalnayan VAsudeva Shri Hari!
PadmanAbha Chitta hAri!
GopAla NArAyaNa Devakinandana Mukunda MurAri!

*I was introduced to "idam na mama" years ago by Swami ChinmayAnanda through his concise book called "Krishna" which is a beautiful allegorical summary of Shrimad BhAgvat mahApurAN : the 4 kinds of pralay, each symbol that Krishna wears, everything, followed by a one-page lecture on JanmashTami, and the significance of KrishNa's Janma KathA -- Vasudev sneaking out with KRshNa, the doors and gates opening automatically.... Can't thank Swamiji enough for that.

Nice one ameyAtma. So when we say, that all is Brahman, does that mean even the temporary or unreal things as well? ... like jagat and flesh bodies... are they Brahman too? ... If you ask me, i would say, yes they are Brahman, but modifications of Brahman. They are inanimate/inorganic, non divine, lacking sad-chid-ananda and are prone to decomposition or destruction.
But the pure Brahman is the spirit which dwells inside us. The pure Brahman is also Saguna Brahman which keeps maya or mithya under his control and the pure Brahman is also Nirguna , which transcends his creation.

Also you said above, that nothing is mine, neither intellect nor creativity, and that all is given to 'me' by Narayana the Brahman. So what do we mean by the word 'me' here. It's not the flesh body. I guess the 'me' here is the atman or the Narayana/Brahman in us , who has forgotten that it is Narayana due to it's contact with Maya. So i hope there's no harm in saying 'I AM' Narayana or Shiva.

So Narayana (Saguna Brahman who has total control over maya) is giving this knowledge to the four headed Bruhma (who happens to be another Saguna Brahman but he doesn't have total control over maya, infact he's under the veil of Maya).
I described it in my own words. Pls do correct me, if i'm wrong.

Thanks for sharing your insights Red Dragon. I did not make any comment back then because I wanted to arrive at a certain point....
