How long have you been working on it? Did you do it alone? If so, I must say I'm impressed.

Yeah I did it alone. I did it in my spare time. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 months to do. Could have done if faster if I dedicated myself to it more. But its all done in .NET, XML, and Flash. It basically started as a bet that I couldn't do it. Then after I had the alpha of the player running, I converted it to be more dynamic and smaller. Today the player is only about 86KB yet it can stream the whole bible (which is over a gig in size).

I figure it would be a nice site for people to go to and listen to the bible as you read through it. I too loose concentration when Im reading, so it really helps in this aspect. And the prayer center I thought was a nice touch for those who wish to get talk, or simply share testimonies and so forth.

Are you planning on other versions?
