That's terrible what they do to those kids, especially when nothing is really wrong with them. But it's great that their government is stepping in and putting up biiiig punishments for continuing this treatment.

Actually, come to think of it, I believe this is all a human interpretation of what all animals do. Whenever there's a perceived defect in one of the litter, the parent or siblings will attack and usually kill that offspring. So, since we're human beings and have consciences, we really have to convince ourselves of some other reason that there is something "wrong" with said individual in order to do such things to them. "They're evil." "They'll destroy us." "They're a threat."

Insulting and blaming a group of people for certain actions, especially when it is not their fault is simply called ignorant out-casting. And the Christian religion simply does not support any kind of genocide or conflict and also war. I'm not blaming the religions themselves, as their founding was probably with good intentions. What I'm blaming is the fact that said stupid people use it as a tool to enact their fears and prejudices against others.
