So they (Pauline-Christianity people) need to correct themselves, please. Right?

Regards

The point of this thread is that nobody or at least Christians do not need to correct themselves.
As was mentioned in the other thread, a universalist view.

Richard Dawkins is a cultural Christian.

Have fun with religion. Don't pin yourself to any one belief haphazardly.

Just to support the true flexibility of the Christian religion, one can be an atheist and a Christian.

Every man today who is open to experience knows that God is absent, but only the Christian knows that God is dead, that the death of God is a final and irrevocable event and that God's death has actualized in our history a new and liberated humanity.-Altizer, Thomas J. J. The Gospel of Christian Atheism. Philadelphia: The Westminster Press, 1966.

I suppose Jesus died to free man from God?

Another view is that God never existed but Jesus can still be used as a moral guide.

Should religion be so flexible?
Just because someone uses a certain label doesn't make a belief valid.

Why absolve them from correction, please? What harm being correct does to Christians, please. Right?

To believe in Jesus is to believe in his Father also. The Gospel of Jesus was based squarely on the individual in relationship with the Father as the central thing in life.

Yes but not every Christian takes the Bible as literally.

Because of the inability to prove they need correction.

How many Christian so far have you been able to prove to them that they are wrong about their belief?

Legally yes all such flexibility should be allowed. Would I give such nonsense serious consideration? No. If Christ is in opposition to God there is no Christian religion.

In a world ruled by Satan, it would be expected that the world's religions are not only that flexible, but adulterated. 1 John 5:19; Revelation 12:9

If he knows that God is absent, then I can't agree that he is "open to experience".

I have personally heard some atheist scholars, and very prominent figures in the world who say that "they live as if God exists". But it's not the flexibility of the Christian religion. Thats an absurd assertion. I suppose the word Christian can be applied to an atheist who lives or tries to live like the Christ.

Interesting.
