Seeking the middle path..
If you mean a person can be an atheist or agnostic yet follow the precepts of a particular religion then I agree. As CaptainXeroid said, I believe the term "Christian Atheist" to be an oxymoron, but am unsure what an atheist who follows Christian doctrine should label themselves.
