You are not suggesting Mark should sue Matthew are you???
It would be a fairly thin Gospel if you did.

And I don't see many credits to the Jewish authors for the old testament.

You bet he should - infringement on intellectual property rights. Luke probably had a patron who could pay up.

Jews and "pagans" should sue as well.

I may be wrong, but it appears to me that the internet has become....how should I say this....A media source that lends itself to the perceived attitude that since it is almost anonymous one can dismiss the idea of personal integrity.

It never occurred to me to openly lie on the forums about anything.
I wonder if there are Christians who think that it is ok to lie and steal (e.g., plagiarism) on the forums when it's not ok to lie in real life.
I mean - a lie is a lie, right?
I'm just curious if Christian ethics were somehow suspended in the forums.

we ALL lie,if not steal,(referring to believers), those who say they don't...just did!
even if one try practicing NOT lying intentionally. we still do it accidently,how?,...
we can do it in a joking way. exam., comversation...jane and mary, jane:and she said i kicked her! mary: hey!...you're lying,i didn't kick you!..i'm just kiddin! though playing around...one just lied. and you're right..a lie is a lie, there's no such things as..."a little white lie" as i use to hear many christians say.

we are imperfect humans, unlike Jesus, our fathers WASN'T PERFECT. though lying is as much of an abomination as adultery, fornication, and homosexuality.those last three Jehovah knows humans can stop, and it isn't something that'll sneak up on you.
he knows lying can sneak up on humans,(i just should one example). he truely is a God of mercy this is why he wants us to pray for forgiveness daily.
(Heb.8:12 -For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. (when God forgive your sins, he erases it from his heart). peace

Where in you scripture does God say that lying is less of an abomination that adultery, fornication and homosexuality?

Sounds to me like you are excusing intentional dishonesty.

Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight.

You then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal? You who say that one must not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who boast in the law dishonor God by breaking the law. For, as it is written, “The name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.”

Seems lying is nothing more than one of those things the Christian god hates, which is hardly on par with with adultery, fornication, and homosexuality.

Proverbs 6:16-19
16 There are six things the LORD hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
17 haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19 a false witness who pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

Personally, the only deceit I've practiced here on RF is to cover my identity (witness protection program and all ;)).
