Christians still believe Earth is flat.

Its in the bible. I don't think it says "the earth is flat" but there are a number of quotations that, taken together, infer that it is flat. Not an expert but here are a few based on the link here.
1 Chronicles 16:30: “He has fixed the earth firm, immovable.”
Psalm 93:1: “Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm ...”
Psalm 96:10: “He has fixed the earth firm, immovable ...”
Psalm 104:5: “Thou didst fix the earth on its foundation so that it never can be shaken.”
Isaiah 45:18: “...who made the earth and fashioned it, and himself fixed it fast...”
I went to the extreme ends of the earth and saw there huge beasts, each different from the other and different birds (also) differing from one another in appearance, beauty, and voice. And to the east of those beasts, I saw the ultimate ends of the earth which rests on the heaven. And the gates of heaven were open, and I saw how the stars of heaven come out...(1 Enoch 33:1-2).

I think you are confusing one group of people with another. Christians do not think the Earth is flat; it is idiots who think the world is flat. There is a difference.

Silly people thinking that the earth is a pear! Bannana makes all the more sense!
(Well, to be serious, scientifically the Earth has a slightly irregular pear-like shape and isn't a perfect sphere.)
Don't you know? All those "proofs" that the Earth is spherical are all hoaxes by the Illuminati to get us to worship Satan.
Because the Earth is sitting inside a sealed dome called the firmament, obviously.

For those who believe the Earth is flat, I wondered how the actual "structure" would exist. Is it just one long flat rock floating in space? Is it more like a cube? If I dig a hole and keep digging, would I eventually end up in China? Or would I just fall into some black hole in space underneath this flat Earth?

Look at you people dancing around the point with your fancy geometry language and science talk. You can't even say the Earth is perfectly round. You admit that the Earth has at least some degree of flatness to it. Therefore Flat Earth cannot be disproven, even by your standards!

Which geometry of space are you presuming? I thought it depends on you maths presumptions? Like a geocentric model of the world it used epicycles which are valid but more complex than the heliocentric model. Likewise you can have a flat Earth, but you need to see the rest of the universe manifold through a warped spiralling lens.
