The passage has caused quite a bit of debate in the Church. Since there is biblical evidence for women leading some churches, most progressive scholars seem to feel that it's a "Paulism" to which we need pay no attention.You really need to read on, even though the women were to keep silent in the church, she is not less than a man, and in alot of cases she is more, if your married to her then she is #1. imo
