"It's the moist wonderful time of the year.
With the raindrops returning
And treetops relinquishing all of their leaves!!!"

Time to break my cloak back out. There's a nip in the air.

Nevermind the cat hair. It's seems to be weaved into the wool at this point. =^_^=

I love it!

The cat hair just shows you have good enough taste to have cats.

Awesome :D

Mine is a winter cloak. About 1/8" wool, with a cotton lined interior. I don't mind the calf draft lol.

I'm not exactly sure what it weighs though. Heavy enough to have broken 2 closures.
Didn't look that thick. So, not so light as I have thought.

Mine is made of more than 12 m² of what has been sold to me as "half loden", a thick wool fibre.
Here's a close up of the lap seam. The thread is a mm thick and usually used for shoes:

I don't always English properly. As long as my message gets across.

What's yucky? The cat hair? Or the clothing item? :joycat:

Imagine my surprise on arrival in America when
I realized I speak better Englich than the natives do.

Clothing covered in cat hairs is very unattractice.

Honestly seeing a bit of cat hair on dudes is kind of a green flag these days. Cat dads are an attractive lot. Means they're more likely to understand and respect consent and boundaries that often comes with cats. :smilecat:

That could be OK. Depends

Going about with cat /dog hair on clothes is
akin to such sloppiness as mimatched shoes.
I try not to assume sloppiness. Its possible, but...

I've ended up going places in my pajamas(wasn't planned for) because my kid had a mental break and needed to leave immediately. I also keep shoes in the car in case we're not able to get shoes on feet during the chaos. I understand most don't have so much chaos going on, but its caused me to feel I probably don't know what's going on with other people.

Though I still turn up my nose when people go out in their underwear...(that seems to be happening more and more).

We allow for people who are variously disabled /
in an emergency situation. I've been in both
such and didn't arrive looking ready an audience
with the Queen.

Generally though a slob self identifies as such.
As you noted.
