Coffee: it's not just for breakfast anymore!

I love coffee but suddenly became "caffeine sensitive" a couple of years ago. Even decaf sets me off. Anyways is good. Black, grey or just really brown and sweet. I love coffee, it's a cruel joke of the universe that I can't drink it.

I work at a coffee shop. I now hate coffee, but occasionally I'll have an ice coffee with a bit of cream and sugar

Can't not to ask, even if this topic is old, but why is that so? You started to hate coffee because you drank it too much during your work or just because this work is really so exhausting?

On topic, I'm a coffee addict, I drink it at home almost every day and in different coffee shops too :) My favourite type is latte with vanilla and hazelnut flavours, also I adore simple black coffee with milk and sugar  I usually make it at home with the help of my Mr.Coffee maker, it's my favourite type of making coffee :)

I also like such Nespresso makers like in this list on cozzy.org, I have one of them and it's a nice stuff, however I can't say that they're so cool as it's adevrtised :D And sometimes I want to get a french press too, I saw so many positive reviews about them but I think that in such case it would be too much coffee stuff in my house :D

I drink coffee the way I don't like my women, black and not sweet.

I grind my own beans and weight them per 8 ounces. I then boil water in a kettle and prepare the beans in accordance to a 17 level grind type. I use a Bodum French Press and a medium grind to extract all the acidic flavors.

I only buy fair trade coffee beans although I sinned yesterday and bought slave trade beans. I also prefer dark roast beans oppose to light or medium. I often buy columbian or ethopian beans as well.

A French press is inexpensive, but very much worth every penny for making cold brewed coffee concentrate! If you get a solid stainless steel one, you don't have to worry about breaking the glass carafe.

So, if you drink coffee, how do you drink it?

I use cream and sugar.

I drink coffee either black, or with almond milk, depends on my mood. However if I am having dark chocolate with my coffee, it must be black coffee

"Be strong", I whispered to my coffee.

I'm a total coffee addict, until moving to France i had my own blend made up for home of Columbian, French roast and Yemeni mocca. While out i drank macchiato (or as Starbucks puts is espresso macchiato).

Macchiato is essentially an espresso with steamed milk.

In France macchiato is unheard of so explaining how i wanted my coffee to the a local barista he said "ah, vous voulez un noissette", and made me an espresso with steamed cream, one of the nicest coffees if you like your coffee kicks to be smooth.

I take a little sugar, half to one spoon depending on the strength.

I'm also keen on cafe gourmand, a desert of several small portions of whatever selection the restaurant serves, accompanied by coffee, the best serve a very short espresso in the manner of that served in the southern most areas of italy.

And just recently I've discovered a new decadence. A cafe gourmand ice cream. Five strengths of coffee ice cream from latte to espresso with a sprinkling of coffee beans. What more could i ask?

I prefer my coffee to taste like coffee. If I want milk, I'll pour myself a glass. If I want sugar, I'll have a doughnut. I like my coffee black, like my...
