*best imitation of a pet professor* Heresy! Heresy! The only true drink of any taste is Dr Pepper (without a ".")! It has prune juice, and Worf made it clear that prune juice was a warrior's drink. Further, it is made in TX. What more could we want?

In some ways, I'm a true blue southern girl. :p Coke all the way!

And I love Dr Pepper, as well! I'm odd, though. I only like Dr Pepper if it's in a bottle, and I only like coke if it's in a can. Maybe plastic and metal effect the taste of the drinks?

Dr. Pepper is better! :149: I stand firmly on this, and will not allow my own argument to be swayed by coming out and stating my belief that, of the two, I like Coke better.

Living in the ATL, what'd ya' think I was gonna' pick. I mean, come on...I can see the Coke HeadQuarters building from my office.....and that means...they can see me and what I'm drinking. :D

Oh, Dr. Pepper, I HATE that stuff.

I refuse to drink it, I think I'm gonna barf after I drink any of it.

It tastes nasty to me.

Someone needs to explain why it's good to me.

If I ever stop and think about it, I realize coke and pepsi and dr pepper all taste nasty... you just have to chug it for the caffeine and not think about it. ;)

Yes. For soft drink consumers, Dr Pepper was declared holy at the first Council of Nowhere. However, there were two robber councils that acclaimed Coke and Pepse. The Council of Nowhere, though, said that while good, these do not match the divinity of Dr Pepper.

We also know it was the accepted standard of many other groups. Plato and Homer both drank it, and as Worf affirmed, prune juice is a warrior's drink. That is why Enkidu was so tough ;)

Ah, nobody's perfect. Work at it a little, and things will improve :D

Get out of my brain, No*s! Or maybe I should get out of yours? Maybe we simply agree that the screen door between our minds seems to be missing its screen.

I would love to see Enkidu as the mascot for Dr. Pepper. "Drink this! It'll make your hair luxuriant like grain!"

(Is anyone else suprised that this has gotten more responses more quickly than any other thread I've seen recently? Me either. *grin*)

By the way, is it pop, soda, or a soft drink? (Or if you've totally gone off the deep end, soda pop?) I remember when I used to live in Houston they called everything a coke.
