We are obviously conscious.
But why are we conscious? What purpose does it serve to be "conscious"?

We are obviously conscious.
But why are we conscious? What purpose does it serve to be "conscious"?
From what I understand, that is so we can know and Love God.
Regards Tony
Why does God need or want Love? That seems like projection of what One wants. Not Gods.
It is a bounty for us, to understand what it is to Love.

I'm not denying the power of Love. But to know Love, creates Hate.
Just like to know Good, creates Evil.
And that doesn't answer the question as to why we are Conscious. We don't need to be Conscious to be loved, or to love. Only to categorize it as "Love".
What is created is Love, to have the ability to Love, the opposite must be a possibility.
Thus hate is not a source, it is but the lack of Love.

I saw and was affected by a momentary glimpse of an eternal being. Yep it sure loved me. Yet it owned no meaning in my life where I wasn't being loved by it.
We are obviously conscious.

But seriously, which part of us is conscious?
How can we love if we are not conscious?
We are obviously conscious.

Is there a part of you that isn't conscious?
If I know that I stubbed my toe, does that make my toe conscious or is the conscious part somewhere else?
The mechanism of consciousness operates in the manner that we can be aware of and interact with our environment. We are obviously conscious.

We can do the same action and one time it might be because of love and another it might be because of our lust and another it might be out of a sense of duty and etc etc. In that respect love can be shown in our actions but the actions aren't necessarily love.
If we have no motive in our actions then they are just actions. Can a machine love or hate even if it might do the same actions that we do?
We are obviously conscious.
