I beg to differ.It is right there for anyone to read in post #16.He did say "Muslims hate America" did he not? Am I to then understand that this pertains to just some and not all? If so, it would help if he said some Muslims, and not Muslims.

Let me see... there are so many to pick from.I know.... Here is a good one. In 2008 and 2012 Obama said he was against same sex marriage.This was obviously to get the votes.If we go back to some documentation from 1996,it states that Obama has been for same sex marriage all along.It is well documented.So, if he was for it since 1996,but then claims he is not in 2008 & 2012,but then comes back in 2015 and says he is all for it again,that makes him a big liar.
1996 he says yes.2008/2012 he says no.2015 he says yes.He is obviously doing it for votes and lies to get his way.

She's supposed to be a news anchor. She is a disgrace to her profession, and she made claims that have no basis in reality. We expect politicians to lie, but journalists are supposed to be honest and have as little bias as possible, and she shows she has neither attribute.

Both politicians and these type of news people are one in the same.They say what the people want to hear, to get votes, or ratings ,they are the same kind.
Ps.All of these network news are owned by a small group.They control what is said.Anyone who works for these people know the truth.Media is power.Those who control it are powerful.Tv is a god to the masses.

I just find it deeply sad that all the effort the founding fathers put into building a system based on checks and balances, the seperations of powers and limited constitutional government can be dismissed by such a sweeping call for an aggressive military policy and violation of international law in a two or three minutes news segment. What's worse is that because she's so attractive she will be taken seriously as it conceals the uglyiness of the sentiments behind her words in calling for yet more pointless waste of human life erased of individuality and to fight a faceless enemy for reasons we don't understand. The most terrifying thing of all is her utter sincerity to reduce whole population to trembling in fear as we lay waste to their homes, their countries and loved ones. I can't think of a better advertisement for ISIS than that.

Yes, sweetie, it does matter. Because if it does matter, and he wasn't linked, then you need to be exploring the narrative of perhaps it's just a bit too easy to get guns in our society. Maybe we don't have a real good policy regarding mental health in this country. It'll help us to determine if white guys can be terrorists, too.
I don't even know what she means by "yesterdays' moderate is today's terrorist". That just makes no sense at all. What does a moderate terrorist do, attack people with styrofoam peanuts?

The combination of those two is, let's face it, the reason why it went viral.
Simplistic opinionated rubbish is far more likely to do so than anything as nuanced as real life generally is.
Appears to me that must of his social justice push has come after his second term. What does he have to gain if the votes don't really matter anymore?

The Commander-In-Chief must approach the defense of our country with prudence, diplomacy, and nuance. If we are to defend the land and the Constitution of the U.S.A., the resources and the people who are enlisted to serve that purpose must not be put to task so haphazardly and so brazenly.
Where conservative rhetoric fails, IMO, is when the platform demands even MORE of tax revenue into the already-stretched deficit and toward the military that engages in less of national defense of the Constitution and the land itself, but more toward corporate imperialistic ventures.
The soldiers are stretched thin. Veterans are left to rot after their service has completed. The money is funneled toward corporate despots. And the empty rhetoric of nationalistic fervor for the heroism of our men and women who serve 3,4, and even 5 deployments into hostile territory that have had nothing to do with national defense.
She comes from a long line of veterans. So do I. In fact, my husband served a 14-month tour in Iraq when the war was at it's peak in hostile territory. My oldest son served two years as infantry in hostile territory in Afghanistan and like his father and my husband, is a very very weathered and torn combat veteran. My second oldest son just finished his training in the Air Force and will be stationed stateside.
As a family, our opinion on Obama collectively isn't that he hasn't sent enough of our troops fighting in the Middle East, but that he's followed Bush's lead and extended our military too far. Any time Obama and Sec. of State Kerry have utilized prudence and diplomacy into conflict in foreign relations, and not going in with guns-a-blazing, is less of a chance that members of my household might be killed in combat for religious ideological reasons or for corporate profit.
This is personal for me too, young lady. You want combative rhetoric? You got it. Step off your ****ing jingoistic pedestal.

Basically doing what Axelrod told him. He's not unique in covering up his opinions for the sake of the election; let's face it, if Obama had told no lies at all in the run-up to a presidential election, that *would* make him unique in a winning candidate. People who tell the truth all the time don't win in politics, not ever: I'm not criticizing politicians for this so much as the people who vote for them.
The really sad thing is what that says about the American public: significant proportions are bigoted enough to want to deny equality and want to force their opinions on others who don't share them, possibly a large enough proportion to affect the result. People's priorities are skewed.
