And yet your entire post was dedicated to illustrating how many bad guys there are and how your experience somehow supports it. So my next question is, what is the point to your post?

If you need to ask how could you understand???????????????????
That post was directed at the remark that we should not judge by the acts of a "few".
I pointed out that the "few" were MILLIONS. What's so hard to understand about that?
Please do not answer that as it serves only to annoy.
I think most people understand it is a growing problem. Is your intention to fear monger this into something bigger? That is what I don't get. You say that the "few" is an understatement but condemn my challenge to you when I assume you are proclaiming the opposite. Pick a side, senator.

You know what is said about *** u me. You pretend to know what I mean by inserting
your own opinion about what I might have meant.

Let me see... there are so many to pick from.I know.... Here is a good one. In 2008 and 2012 Obama said he was against same sex marriage. This was obviously to get the votes. If we go back to some documentation from 1996,it states that Obama has been for same sex marriage all along. It is well documented. So, if he was for it since 1996,but then claims he is not in 2008 & 2012,but then comes back in 2015 and says he is all for it again, that makes him a big liar.

1996 he says yes.2008/2012 he says no.2015 he says yes.He is obviously doing it for votes and lies to get his way.
I do not know where this supposed documentation comes from because Obama has admitted he had a change in heart on the subject. Changing one's opinion is hardly a "lie".

Also, it seems you forgot this basic teaching: "hate the sin but not the sinner". For you to label anyone as a "liar" is terrible.

Yes, I too expect them to lie. That's what politics is after all.Lies! News people are liars too. They speak half truths.
There isn't an equivalence, though: there may well be honest politicians, but we (the electorate) don't vote for them. We get exactly those politicians we deserve.

Whereas if news people are liars, they are not news people, by definition.

My comment on the video: True that limited warfare is not a good idea, but that is not what we are doing right now. What we are doing is getting out of the so-called limited warfare started under other administrations, moving out of the region as much as possible, waking up from the crazy dream of creating democracy through military action.

The only one I have ever truly seen and heard telling the truth when it comes to politics is Ron Paul. Also JFK.

When we have a mess such as is in the Middle-East there are no really good options. We need to stop the terrorists. We are not about to send a million soldiers over there for several decades to occupy all the nations in the region. We are not about to nuke everything in sight.

Gosh. Are you serious? I mean, even remotely?

I was not referring to the OP.I was talking about something that another person, who commented, brought up.They said that the lady anchor woman was a liar.I then stated that if that is said about her then it is only fair that we say the same about the Prez. That is what I meant, and what we were discussing. We began comparing things and I brought up something the Prez had said in the past pertaining to same sex marriage. How he was for it,against it,against it,then for it.It went on... My point was that he lied too.To get votes of course.

Ps.The Snowman is not hard on me.Lol...He is just my fan.:p He loves to follow my stories and "try" to make things hard on me.He knows all my stuff and is always there to show support.Lol..:D

This news anchor woman went off on Obama in this video. She spoke her mind and let him have it.
Do you agree with what she is saying? What are your thoughts on this matter?

In this video you hear some of what she said and her response afterward.

I do not see any coherent argument in this rant. She has family members who were veterans and some who currently serve in the military. Yeah, well, that describes the vast majority of Americans, and most of us don't turn into eccentric jingoists as a result.

The one area where I am sympathetic is the refusal to use the term "radical Islam." It makes me roll my eyes when people go out of their way to deny the religious motivations at play here. But one can hardly blame the president for avoiding that terminology, because it is not just about sensitivity to Muslims, but sensitivity to our (admittedly questionable) allies and partners in the Middle East and among Islamic nations. President Bush also avoided the phrase "radical Islam" and went out of his way to praise Islam as a religion of peace, compassion, justice, blah blah blah.

I believe that we should support secular, liberal and leftist dissidents in these countries (presumably, we have USAID, State Department and other "law and democracy" initiatives at work in these countries for a reason) and I support ex-Muslims and reformers within the religion more broadly. But not through military force or intervention, except as a last resort, and a domestic lone wolf attack doesn't qualify. I do agree that he was almost certainly a jihadist, just not a connected one from the look of it, and apparently not one who cared for ISIS if his friends are to be believed.

This woman simply want to blame Obama because she is a partisan hack. Anyone who is remotely objective about this would find this rant absurd.

First impression: Your basic extreme conservative -- Large amygdalae, overactive left insula and right entorhinal cortex. Underactive anterior cingulate nucleus. High baseline anxiety level. Overactive threat perception plus aggressive responses to perceived threats, poor ability to process conflicting information, &c, &c.
Conservative brains are wired differently.

She sees the situation from only one side. She scape-goats. She doesn't see that her accusations against the terrorists are exactly theirs against us.
"They, the radical Islamists, have brought the fight right here to the red, white and blue. It's about time we brought it to them, full force. Let's show them what the United States of America looks like up close and personal. Show 'em what a B-1 bomber looks like flying overhead.

"...about time we brought it to them?" The US has been exploiting the middle East for over a century. It's attacked, invaded, fomented wars and political coups. It's killed and displaced millions of innocent civilians and devastated cities and infrastructure -- and this woman is outraged at the idea that the victims of American aggression might make some feeble attempt to retaliate?
Who does she think started this fight? Who does she think is the aggressor?

It's American aggression that generated the terrorism she so fears. More of the same is not going to suddenly generate peace and amity.
She's a frightened, paranoid individual; bellicose and tribal. She glories in American military might and sees war and warriors as honorable protectors of her freedom.

Values: This woman is the very antithesis of a Christian. She advocates everything Christ spoke out against. Her politics, in fact, is indistinguishable from the aggressive, paranoid, military-backed Roman imperialists the early Christians denounced.

(Now how's that for a counter-rant?:D)
