SOB, my wife has caught Covid again. I'm kind of worried despite the fact that she has been vaccinated, I'm still concerned this is going to end up like the last time when she was hospitalized for 4 weeks.

I hope she does well. The later versions have not seemed to be as bad and your wife is vaccinated, plus she has had it. Hopefully with all of that it will not be a serious case.
Full vaccination on top of having previously had covid is all good, hopefully what she experiences is little more than a cold.
