Craft Beer

Yeah, in the summer I'm all about light beer. Corona's are my preferred hot weather drinking beer. Something about the flavor and sticking that lime in just works perfectly.

On the craft beer side, Goose Island's 312 is a nice, light summer beer. But personally, the flavor gets to be too much for long-term drinking.

Something I might try out. I'm not a fan of Corona specifically, but yes, a Mexican lager really hits the summer. And here summer just lasts a lot longer than normal, if not basically year round.

I guess Australian craft beers don't really make it to you guys.
Nomads (as an example) do a range of very light tasting summer beers, much more flavoursome than Mexilagers. It's based out of the northern beaches of Sydney, so warm weather beers are a bit of a specialty.

They have a decent range, but in terms of summer ales the salt and pepper freshie and the summer punch are great.
