Critical Thinkers vs God

If their findings are that there is not perfect knowledge, then could the findings itself be imperfect?

I think this is all we have, imperfect knowledge. Overtime, it can become less imperfect as we find ways to test knowledge by by coming up with new ways to question what is accepted before as fact but never perfect unless maybe at some point we can find no more questions to ask.

I feel critical thinking and God go hand in hand. Even scripture says test all things hold fast that which is good. Without critical thinking the evidence we can show to support the Bible is useless. Just as science and God are not conflicting ideas; science is merely human understanding of the nature of God

I would like to offer some research I've done to support that the Bible and science work together. I welcome scholarly debate; not interested in those who wish to argue for the sake of arguing

Newton was basically a heretic. Not a atheist but certainly critical about many popular beliefs about God. He did not believe in the divinity of Jesus for example.
You know that Newton when asked about the Bible is quoted as having said "There are more sure marks of authenticity in the bible; than in any profane history" Newton believed in the Bible and its accuracy
