What does dandelion jelly taste like? I've had the greens in salads, but have never heard of this. It sounds interesting.

I guess that's a bit of free "weed" clean up. Though dandelion is supposed to be good for certain nutrients. I do drink dandelion tea. But you both win here.I do add pectin, flowers have none, so it's a must.
I actually talked to city hall and the landscapers of my city to figure out where and when the sprayed. I just told them what I was doing.
