Who cares? What you need, if you want to prohibit abortion, is to make a case for the necessity of your having the right to force women to carry pregnancies to term against their will.
I have had a child aborted without being consulted. This was an exceptionally emotional and scarring moment in my life. Her father made her have it ( he's now on my to kill list)
But I have to say I'm pro choice. Looking back now I can say it was the right choice for us. I will never forgive myself for being part of her pain but I know she has a loving family to help her through it. I didn't.
I would say that there needs to be more counselling services for both mother and father if they do decide to fo ahead with the termination.

Yeah, I know .And it's not limited to adults.
We're animals, animals have sex, get over it!
You still didn't respond to most of my comments, which doesn't surprise me, but the one actual question I would like an answer to is:
If your god told you to have an abortion, would you?
You could learn, though. With time and self-discipline you might learn to resist the urge to make sanctimonious, self-righteous judgments about everybody who disagrees with you. You might even learn to resist the urge to try to force everybody to conform to your half-thought-out religious opinions. It's not easy, and it will take hard work on your part. But you could probably learn.Well, I guess not all of us can control our urges.
So, you have no moral fiber, good to know. Kinda undercuts your attempts to moralize, though. If it were the confirmed word of God I sure would.
If God one day decides that white is black then it must be so.
He has absolute right over his own creation.

Even at your expense? Even though you are his creation? He has absolute right over his own creation.

What I like or don't is totally irrelevant to the fact that you just abandoned all pretense of morality. If we grant that God is the creator he has absolute autority. The fact that you dont like that wont change the slightest thing.
Tell me, on what basis do you hold this naturalistic view?
If we grant that God is the creator he has absolute autority. The fact that you dont like that wont change the slightest thing.
On the basis that I can observe and test nature to the degree of understanding, or a degree of high certainty to understand.
The point here is that what you previously deemed immoral (aka an abortion) is now exempt because you said so. Either it is immoral to have an abortion or it isn't. IF you have an abortion, even if your god told you to, it would still be immoral by your initial standards.
What possible basis would anybody have for granting that any god -- much less your particular god -- is the Creator? If we grant that God is the creator he has absolute autority. The fact that you dont like that wont change the slightest thing.
