Even though I don’t see Jesus as being a liberal or conservative I will agree that for today’s society the meanings of each have varied meaning other than political.
I saw Jesus as a teacher not of liberal concepts but of spiritual survivorship. That is what we are suppose to be, the legal survivors of his, having joint interests in his spirit as the person who has died for our salvation.
The political factions of the time either being Roman or Jewish Rabbis tagged his teachings as being radical religious or rebellious towards the ruling government.
Teaching someone to be honest with them selves, helping others and accepting God is not in my mind a liberal attribute.
But this comes from a person who believes in a living Universe, where life and death are mediums of expansion
