Describe your God

Oh my, did I say that!

Is this your god or someone else’s?
I'm not up to God designing (being mostly humble), so I have to go on what others propose, but such seems a little thin (and so human-oriented) when compared with the vastness of the universe (in time and space) - but then those who initiated these God religions didn't know this at the time, so we might forgive them. Even if any believers interpret any messages from religion as they will.

I think forgiving yourself is what matters really

Describing the gods is as simple or as complicated as one wants to make the exercise into.

The gods are the territory. Reality, and all of its aspects; everything that is experienced and known, whether in the apparent world or the otherworlds.

Our descriptions of them are the maps or the paintings we create of the territory. It is how our limited faculties understand reality, and relate to it's greater-than-ness.

I am an atheist and a metaphysical naturalist, but I do venerate some personifications which have been regarded as deities.

Mors: she is the promise of a peaceful ending for every living being, no matter their actions in life nor how much they have suffered. All life is ultimately equal in oblivion.

Prudentia; she is the noble mother of all virtue, by which we are capable of coherent thought and reason, and through which we may answer our questions, solve our problems, gain an understanding of the world around us, and broadly discern what we should and should not do.

Justitia; through her we are given our dues. She grants us our ability to remain impartial, fair-minded, and unbiased in our thoughts, and to ensure that our aims are born out of a benevolent will towards the greater good.

Fortitudo; on her shoulders, we may remain secure and steadfast in the face of danger. With her to support us, we can meet any obstacle with determination and endure any path we set upon.

Temperantia; whose boon is discipline and self-restraint. She stays our tongue and our hand when they would otherwise move to betray us. She keeps us on course and focused towards what is truly important while keeping us out of the pitfalls of addiction and self-abuse.

Natura/Logos; it is mathematical patterns which reveal themselves in the physics underpinning our reality. It is the statistical data that is generated by these patterns and the natural consequences which emerge from them, including the evolution of humanity. In a poetic sense, it is the animating force within matter that brings about the order of natural law. It is sometimes called the "logic of God," or even simply "God" in the case of classical pantheism.

Fortuna: she is the one who ensures that all things are as they were always destined to be. Nothing happens, has happened, or will happen that she has not planned out to the smallest of details. She shows herself whenever our understanding of statistics and natural law allows us to predict the future, her thumbprint left on the tablet upon which our pre-determined fates are all written in stone.

Veritas: she is the aim of humanity, although her fullness is always hidden just out of reach. Knowledge of her is synonymous with virtue.
