Sounds like your well acquainted with that site.

What's 8chan?
Well, 'tiz a fact you did agree to abide by the rules here in order to obtain the privilege to use this platform. There's actually quite a few things you can't do or say here, and you violate the rules enough times (and in a short enough time, this process is outlined as well) and you get suspended or banned.
And then some of us came back and agreed to it a second time.
It is a private company that runs this forum. Under normal laws they can't discriminate but they do get to set the rules. You don't like it? You have no entitlement or right to use the establishment, or electronic forum in this case.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

Interesting argument. Still, censorship is censorship at the end of the day.

It's easy to recognize and pick up on who is, or is not practicing censorship, which in turn translates to reputation and depending on the severity including censorship, could eventually affect a forum, and have it cast in a different light altogether.

That of course, goes both ways through the spectrum of things.

The argument was you've agreed to it more than once but you're complaining about it. It's a private company. Much like how the VFW is a private club who only admits veterans and their family, and probably wouldn't let one in if this hypothetical person came in and screamed "**** the vets." Technically it is censorship, but it's a private establishment so they get to set the rules.
