This is easily explained by Biden's emotional outburst
that inflames hostilities. We both know that he's not
the smartest or most emotionally mature guy around.
I'd expect them to walk back his comment....but this
doesn't mean that they control him.
Biden has a history of exercising great political power,
eg, architect of the 1994 Crime Bill. He's long been a
power hungry politician, just itching to get in charge.

The world needs to be more vocal and back that by its actions.

As meanwhile, most who are not affected want to remain as silent, so it does not effect their way of life, a Nation is being destroyed. It is also not the only place in the world this is and can happen. This is an age where war needs to cease, it is no longer tolerated and the weapons way too destructive.

The right move is for all the world to work together to ensure that tyrants are removed, that includes all the people of a Nation so inflicted by tyrannical rule, that they also have the same chance to do so, unhindered by wayward dictators.
