Did Hillary Clinton have any Chance at Winning?

She could have campaigned as if she wasn't entirely sure she was going to walk it.

Yeah, you know I think she came off a bit arrogant. I little more humility might have put her over the top.

If so, if you had had the opportunity to run her campaign, what should she have done different?

If she had been even remotely likeable she would have had a great chance of winning. And if I had a chance to run her campaign, I would have done my best to talk her out of running.

I felt that way at the beginning myself. But my respect for her abilities and grasp of policy grew enormously through the campaign.

Yes, but having her not run is kind of cheating on the question.

Though I take it this implies she never had a chance.

Convinced 500k people to move from LA & 500k people from NYC to Austin, TX for a year.
Ya know what the problem with that is?
Urbanites reliably turn out a Dem majority. But they are really very diverse. Lots and lots of Trump supporters in LA and NYC, maybe 40-45%.
As I have pointed out before, Trump got twice as many votes in San Francisco alone as the entire state of Wyoming. Urban voters better represent the country as a whole than little homogeneous states do.

She should have dealt with the email controversy early on instead of trying to cover it up. The election was hers to lose.

Do you think there were some Democrats who didn't vote for her because of the emails?

LA County leaned left nearly 4:1*, and NY County leaned left almost 9:1

That being said, the plan would work better if you only tried to convince Democrats from these places to move Austin as opposed to the general population.

Really? I would not have guessed that. I know more about state by state than individual municipalities I suppose.
Tom

Yeah, they got plenty to spare. Just depending on the distribution maybe some local races might get affected in those areas, but probably worth to secure the executive branch indefinitely.

Just FYI, I think I would have had her divorce Bill early on, separate herself from any dealings with the Clinton Foundation, be more supportive of the women who accused her husband of sexual harassment, have Huma divorce herself from Weiner as well, not have her do anything that made her seem guilty, like delete emails, destroy Blackberries and lean a little more to the left.

Agree 100%, Tom. Yes, the other things she has endlessly alluded to influenced the election, but I have yet to hear her tackle voter apathy.
Tackle voter apathy?
Criminy, she owned it.
Not that I'd go back in time to advise her on how to win, but her
campaigning was perfunctory & wooden. Had she shown some
fire (as did Donald), discussions on RF would be very different
(Less whining. Well, I just had to put something provocative in there.)
