Just like there have always been Muslims,

I thought this thread was about the Vedas and Bhagavad Gita. Paarsurrey.Muslim as a proper noun started with Muhammad only:
[27:92] Say, ‘I am commanded only to serve the Lord of this city which He has made sacred, and to Him belong all things; and I am commanded to be of those who submit to God*;
[27:93] ‘And to recite the Qur’an.’ So whoever follows guidance, follows it only for the good of his own soul; and as to him who goes astray, say, ‘I am only a warner.’

One could comment on the above. Right? PleaseI thought this thread was about the Vedas and Bhagavad Gita. Paarsurrey.
BhagawadGita was for a particular moment and a particular person who was confused. The teaching to Arjuna can be applied to many situations for all people in the whole world. It is simply this 'you should not shirk action in the way of righteousness and not be proud just to have performed your duty'.Bhagavad Gita could exist before Veda if Krishna would have existed before Veda. Right?
