No pastries and desserts! You should at least have one on occasion, I work at a bakery and my job would be aweful and unbearable if I didn't eat a cookie every once and a while. :)

I don't eat meat or too much bread - well I try not to eat too much bread!

I don't really have a diet, I just exercise and play various sports etc. I don't have the will power not to eat cakes :D

I don't eat anything sweet and I limit the use of sugar for my drinks like tea and milk. I also avoid soft drinks and soda.

I started the Atkins diet today. It seems like it would be easy, but being starved for any one major food group leaves a hungry feeling, even when your stomach is full.

I've always thought the diet of Worms in the 16th century was particularly distasteful.

I don't eat any meat. I don't typically eat dairy or eggs either, but on rare occasions I eat something that has egg or dairy as ingredients, like if someone brings a cake into work.

I do eat a lot of bread and pasta, though I try to make most of it whole grain. I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, and eat a lot of nuts as well. I try to limit sugar but I have a bit of a sweet tooth.

I'm really, really picky. I don't restrict myself at all though. I eat whenever I'm hungry.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
Eat less, exercise more.

Eat a small breakfast - fruit or yogurt, something like that. Eat whatever I want for lunch. Eat veggies and meat (not fried) for dinner - no carbs. If I'm hungry between meals, eat 1/2 a protein bar. Cut out beer.

Walk for at least 30 minutes each day.

If I do this, I'll lose weight gradually but steadily.

I lost 50 pounds in one year doing this. I had kept all of it off for five years till I tore my achilles tendon this past May. Since this forced limitation (and subsequent boredom), I've gained about ten pounds back, so I'm looking forward to resuming my outdoor exercise and former routine - starting in the morning with a brisk walk! (Just got my cast off yesterday!)

I am really looking forward to getting back into shape and regaining my strength and firm muscles!

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
For me,

One meal on weekdays. Everything under the sun, much as I can eat at one sitting only.

Weekends. Pig out w/no limit.

Unlimited coffee, tea, pickles or pickled peppers and water everyday.

Tempered with physical hard labor as per my job.
