I imagine this wont be very black and white (surprisingly so :D)

But could you point me the differences between Orthodox, reform, hasidic, conservative, humanistic and reconstructionist jews?

Which laws are they more prone to observe? Are the main differences around that?

Denominations are basically self-identification. There is wide variability of practice even between people that identify in the same denomination. Here is a primer on the definitions:
