Do Black Lives Matter More or Less Now?

YmirGF

Do you think since the beginning of the BLM movement that black lives matter more, less, or the same to non-black people, in general? Has it been an effective movement in making progress on its purported goals.
BLM is probably its own worst enemy.

It was never a competition.

The logical syllogism you are using is

A) Certain "BLACK people" who are in favor of "killing cops"
B) Said "BLACK people" are supporters of BLM
Therefore
C) BLM supports killing cops.

If you really need someone to point out why this logic is flawed then there's no point discussing with you.

Oh? Like Tamir Rice? The little boy who was shot?
How about Eric Garner? Killed for selling illegal cigarettes.

You speak like an uneducated racist enabler, get out.

You literally just said "BLACKS" are all criminals, thieves and murderers? At least the anti-BLM movement is being open about it's racism now.
Yes, I am very open about my racism, and that will never be changed. I am now a permanent racist. And you will all live with that, and reap the benefits of it.
And I will do my best to persuade all people to be racist as I am.

You're a self proclaimed "permanent racist".

How do you propose I change your mind?
Rational conversation clearly is out of the picture.
I have too much evidence to support racism to be convinced otherwise. The entire black culture isn't going to change overnight, and so neither will my generalized opinion of them.

Now you're even doing the culture=race thing.

Is your goal to convince everyone you are a Nazi? You're doing a fine job
Nope, just that black people are a danger to white people. And they should be seen in light of that danger.

Were you always so open, or is this something new? Is this your "coming out" party or some such thing?

Benefits? What benefit do you think a roll up of ignorance, prejudice, fear and stupidity confers?

Now you're even doing the culture=race thing.

We use to think gender identity was a matter of culture, but now we know that people are born with certain genders ( irrespective of their sex). There probably are all sorts of genes that link culture to race. Don't you think? A man might feel genetically compelled to put on a dress. A black might feel genetically compelled to let his pants sag below the top of his underwear.

When police shoot any one they have failed.
the purpose of policing is not to kill people but keep the peace.

Ther is no doubt at all, that black people get both arrested and shot more often than white counterparts in similar situations.

this can not be justified in any reasonable way.
This happens in virtually every western country that has a significant proportion of black and coloured people.

The challenge of social justice movements is the limitations of their reach. If a person walks in social circles that are beyond the reach of a particular cause, there will be little impact. I happen to work in an environment where these movements do have reach, so I see the impact. There have been so many more dialogues and attention paid to social justice issues, and that in turn has certainly raised awareness of issues facing minority groups. The impact is real, at least here. Whether or not these young people take this appreciation of cultural diversity to make long-term changes once they're the ones in power will remain to be seen.
Good point.

This post confirms that you're a complete piece of **** and offer nothing of value.

Good Doctor you are a welcome and pleasant surprise. I think we can have honest intellectual disagreements and I apologize if I misunderstood one of your prior posts.

Well done.
