Do God really care about which religion people follow?

Of course judgement is reserved for God.

It’s possible He could base that off of what they would have done if they lived also.

I was talking about Christian ideas about God, not a literal God.

For it to be possible for God to base his judgment on any particular approach, God would first need to be possible.

All you need is love.
The Bible is crystal clear that good works will not get you into Heaven.

Based on my understanding of the Bible, I don't believe it is explicitly clear whether good works will get you into heaven or not. There are scriptures that seem to suggest that good works won't get you into heaven, such as Romans 10:8–13 and Ephesians 2:8–9. However, there are also scriptures that seem to suggest otherwise, such as Matthew 7:21; Matthew 25:31–46; and James 2:14–22. I don't want to derail the thread any further with an off-topic discussion, so I'll provide a link to one of my previous posts where I expounded on what I believe about this topic. You can read my post here. Take care, Tinkerpeach.

Well if you don’t think God is possible that pretty much nullifies anything about religion for you doesn’t it?

Why even bother discussing it at that point?

I don't think that "God" has been defined coherently enough for us to start addressing the question "is God possible?"

I'm not sure what you mean by "nullifies anything about religion." Religions still exist. They're inportant social phenomena.

Why even bother discussing it at that point?

Do you think that the only reason to discuss religions is to find the single religion that's "true"?

Question: Do God really care about which religion people follow?

My answer: I believe that to have a good heart is what matters. Is our actions who matters to God , not which religion you follow

Whats your answer to this question?
Yes. I believe God cares about us very much and always seeks what is best for us.

If God really care about which religion we humans follow and punish us with hell just because we believed wrong then God is not loving and just. I think only a god who is loving and just is worthy of worship.

Yes i agree with you that humans should think about what we all agree one. For it can lead to peace in the world
I believe you ae wrong. God is loving and just. Are you saying that God didn't do enough to reveal that by dying on the cross for you?

I think that's an extremely absurd and big-headed thing for anyone to claim

I don't take you seriously now you've said that

Sorry
I believe you can make assumptions about my veracity but you ought to know what assumptions make you.

I see that you claim to "speak for God"

That is enough for me to dismiss you

Can you not see how ludicrous that seems?

It matters very much to the god of the Qur'an. Probably the clearest verse in this regard (of the hundreds I have to choose from) is 3:85:

Sahih International: And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.

Since I don't believe in freewill I would have to say God doesn't care what you believe in my view

Yes! Only Jesus is God. There is away to know the truth, do the research. Check the stories written in the Bible.
