وَالَّذينَ هُم لِفُروجِهِم حـٰفِظونَ
﴿٥﴾ إِلّا عَلىٰ أَزوٰجِهِم أَو ما مَلَكَت أَيمـٰنُهُم فَإِنَّهُم غَيرُ مَلومينَ
﴿٦﴾
5.And they who guard their private parts 6.Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed
Tafsir ibn Kathir:
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَـفِظُونَ - إِلاَّ عَلَى أَزْوَجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـنُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ - فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَآءَ ذلِكَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ ﴾(And those who guard their private parts. Except from their wives and their right hand possessions, for then, they are free from blame. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors.) means, those who protect their private parts from unlawful actions and do not do that which Allah has forbidden; fornication , and do not approach anyone except the wives whom Allah has made permissible for them or their right hand possessions from the captives. One who seeks what Allah has made permissible for him is not to be blamed and there is no sin on him. Allah says:
﴿فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَفَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَآءَ ذلِكَ﴾
(they are free from blame. But whoever seeks beyond that) meaning, other than a wife or slave girl,
﴿فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ﴾
(then those are the transgressors.) meaning , aggressors
In verse 4.25 Almighty ALLAH already instructs us to marry Ma Malakat Ayminukum (MMA) , hence if any verse found in the Qur'an , talking about sex with them , is valid only after marrying them . The first verse in the Qur'an about MMA is 4.3 and in that very verse Almighty ALLAH made them a subject marriage .Hence it is very clear from the Qur'an that they can be taken for sexual intercourse only after marrying them .
In verse 24.33 , Almighty ALLAH instructs us to guard our private parts till we get married . If MMA is an object of free sex , this instruction of GOD , the Exalted doesn't hold any value .
Another interesting matter to ponder from the verses you mentioned , in both cases Almighty ALLAH used
'Aw' (or)and not 'Wa' (and) . Hence to marry MMA is an alternative of marrying free women and not an option simultaneously . If somebody able to marry free women , he can't marry MMA and vice versa .
